John Farrell
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
A proud descendant of the Biripi Nation, John Farrell is the operational heart of Infinite Connect. With over a decade of hands-on experience in Electronic Security systems design, installation and management, John is known for his meticulous approach and ability to solve complex technical challenges on-site, whether it's configuring access control for a high-security corporate facility or ensuring lone worker systems function flawlessly in remote mining camps.
John's career began in frontline technical roles, which gave him a deep understanding of both the technology and the environments it serves, from corporate offices to heavy industrial sites. Over time, he built his leadership style around accountability, cultural integrity, and safety-first thinking, making him a trusted figure among clients and crews alike.
His Indigenous heritage plays a central role in the company's ethos. John actively mentors young Indigenous apprentices and champions meaningful pathways for community involvement through employment, training, and engagement with Traditional Owners in project regions.

With over 20 years of leadership in business development, operations, and strategic partnerships, Dale Edwards is the visionary force behind Infinite Connect's growth. A seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of scaling service businesses across Australia, Dale brings clarity, resilience, and a future-forward mindset to everything he leads.
Dale's professional background spans industries including construction, industrial services, and logistics, giving him a strong understanding of what corporate and Tier 1 clients expect, both commercially and operationally. At Infinite Connect, he is responsible for driving business strategy, expanding national capability, and ensuring that every client engagement is grounded in outcome-driven performance.
